Professor Mikhail Konstantinov at the Presidential Club of Bulgaria

On 21 November 2017, Professor Mikhail Konstantinov was a guest of President's Club Bulgaria.

Prof. Mikhail Konstantinov is a Bulgarian mathematician. Former Vice Chairman of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC). Advisor to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE); associate of the International Foundation for Electoral Systems; EU coordinator for Bulgaria on electronic voting. Lecturer at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy. He is the author of 500 scholarly works and 30 books on mathematics and management theory.

Numerous topics were discussed, including the expected development of Bulgaria over the next two to three years, with forecasts that are very promising and Bulgaria having serious chances to achieve enviable progress, especially in economic terms. An important part of the discussion was also what methods exist for retaining young managers and talented people so that they do not leave their homeland, and for creating more conditions for them to stay and develop in Bulgaria.
