Chrysi Djundrekova

On 19 April, President's Club welcomed Chrysi Djundrekova as its guest – owner and managing director of Sofcao, a chocolate and confectionery factory in Ihtiman, and chair of the Association of Confectionery Manufacturers in Bulgaria. It was a very engaging meeting. We discussed the intricacies of producing the finest confectionery, sugar prices, retail chain policies, and both the material and the spiritual dimensions of the business.
