"Manager of the Year" Competition

The purpose of the competition, organized by the Senator Association with the support of President's Club Bulgaria and under the patronage of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy Ivaylo Kalfin, is to encourage and promote the efforts of leaders in enterprises and institutions to improve conditions for productive work and rest, as well as to increase labour productivity. Nominations for the best leader will be submitted by the collective staffs of enterprises, companies, and organisations, regardless of their size or sector. The criteria by which the specially selected jury will evaluate leaders are: humanity in interpersonal relations, good working and rest conditions, training and initiatives to enhance staff qualifications and personal development. Nominations for the best leader may be submitted on the official website of the Senator Association: www.senatorassociation.eu and by email:konkurs@senatorassociation.eufrom 00:00 on 17 February 2015 until 00:00 on 10 March 2015. The awards presentation ceremony for the winners will be held on 17 March 2015 at 19:00 at Sofia Hotel Balkan, Sredets Hall.
